Why Can't Obama Win Over Working-Class White Voters?

I also think Clinton trumps Obama with white working class voters because they feel she "gets it" -- their life and their reality, in a way Obama doesn't. There are plenty of "white working class people" in my home state of Pa. who always vote Democratic -- including my parents. They have been put off by the sense they get from Obama that he isn't interested in understanding the fact that they have to worry about buying milk and bread.
