They Say That Breaking Up Is Hard to Do

By Dana Tuszke

I know the feeling. It's like being comfortable even though it is an uncomfortable environment. The fear of change is greater than the desire to risk the unkown.

I've never had to really break up with a job like that. I'm kind of glad of that. It was hard enough breaking up with a daycare. I can't imagine having to do it to people who pay me money.

RubiaLala, that it's exactly what I was thinking. Fear of the unknown may be holding my friend back.

Cheryl, I remember your post about that. I'm sure it would be equally difficult in either situation.

So well put! I had the hardest time breaking up with a bad job and one day just walked out and quit. It shouldn't get to that point!
